CVRG Demonstration Homepage
Sample data for use with Gadgets:
- A zip archive containing sample archives of the data can be found here.
- The DemoECGs.zip contains files that will work with the Electrocardiogram (ECG) Gadget.
- The DemoDataSets.zip contains files that will work with the Decision Tree Gadget.
Electrocardiogram (ECG) Gadget:
- The CVRG ECG Gadget allows users to:
- Store ECGs,
- Visualize/Annotate the ECG waveform(s),
- Analyze the ECGs with one (or more) analysis algorithms,
- Review the analysis results via download as an Excel-compatible CSV file.
- A voiced demonstration of an older version of the application can be found here.
- A step-by-step user guide can be found here.
- To use the tool, log in with the username demo with a password of demo.
- The application itself can be found here.
Decision Tree Gadget:
- The CVRG Decision Tree Gadget allows users to:
- Store datasets,
- Analyze the datasets with a decision tree analysis algorithm developed within the CVRG,
- Visualize the analysis results as a decision tree,
- Review the analysis results via download as a Excel-compatible CSV file.
- A step-by-step user guide can be found here.
- To use the tool, log in with the username demo with a password of demo.
- The application itself can be found here.
Cardiac Computational Anatomy Tools:
- DicomBrowser - open source DICOM anonymization tool developed by the Neuroinformatics Research Group (NRG) at Washington University in St. Louis.
- K-PACS - free DICOM retrieval/viewing software developed by Dr. Andreas Knopke.
- Seg3D - segmentation tool developed by the NIH Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing at the University of Utah Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute.
- Large Deformation Diffeomorphic Metric Mapping (LDDMM) - an application which aims to assign metric distances on the space of anatomical images in Computational Anatomy developed by the Center for Imaging Sciences at The Johns Hopkins University.
- 3DSlicer - a multi-platform, free open source software (FOSS) for visualization and image computing.
- More information on these tools may be found here.
Federated Query Gadget:
- The CVRG Federated Query Gadget allows users to:
- Set criteria for a federated query,
- Visualize all or part of the data returned for individual subjects,
- Review the federated query results via download as a Excel-compatible CSV file.
- A voiced demonstration of the application can be found here.
- A step-by-step guide to install/use the demo tool via iGoogle can be found here.
